Application Form Now Available for Landowners

Beaufort County has finalized a new application form for Beaufort County property owners who are interested in having their property or property rights considered for purchase by the Rural and Critical Land Preservation Program. The application form is required pursuant to the revised program ordinance approved by County Council in 2019.  Instructions for the application form are included, and information about the consideration and approval process can be found in the program ordinance:
